[Commotion-admin] [Tidepools-Mobile] Date picker not working in is4cwn branch (#3)

I've also tried simply swapping out the datepicker entirely, but because of heavy-duty changes in the datepicker.js file, it is no longer simply a modular component. In future, we should keep all components like these separate for easy debugging.
