[Commotion-admin] [commotiond] Linux: commotion and commotiond error out: missing library (#85)

Commotion and commotiond were both invoked immediately following a successful build and install on a test system.  

Whether commotion/commotiond were invoked as the regular user or as root, the following error message resulted:

commotion: error while loading shared libraries: libcommotion.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
