[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Incorrect quoting in basic_ns.lua line 89 (#191)

As identified in #186, /model/cbi/commotion/basic_ns.lua line 89 is quoted incorrectly.

Add this fix to luci-commotion feature branch issue_183 before merging #186.
