[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Set up wizard and basic configuration use different naming conventions (#443)

In /etc/config/wireless, set up wizard names config sections "commotionMesh" and "commotionAP", but setting up an interface via the admin page creates unnamed config sections.
