[Commotion-admin] [mlab-browser-ext] Revise the content on the browser extension landing page (#28)

Update mockups suggest an update to the content on the Landing Page.

* Provide text overview of M-Lab and the browser extension
* Provide a table of recently run tests and/or a chart of small multiple data
* Provide links to share test results, about the extension, or other stories about their experience with the extension on Social Media channels.
