[Commotion-admin] [mlab-browser-ext] Expand the sidebar options for running tests, seeing past results and annotating specific tests (#27)

See updated mockups for more information. 
* Expand the sidebar menu to provide the ability to pick a test, run that test and to see past results. 
* Add a small "notes" field near the Run Test button, allowing the user the ability to provide detailed annotation to individual tests.
