[Commotion-admin] [mlab-observatory] Compare View: ISP labels are ambiguous (#14)

I find the labels on the graphs in the compare view to be pretty ambiguous. It's easy to get confused about whether the label refers to the graph above or below the label. Can we have some sort of visual way of binding the label more tightly with the graph it refers to (e.g. a border around both)?
