[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Add additional available metrics to the Commotion LuCI basic status menu (#208)

It doesn't seem like there is a way to determine which nodes are gateways *from a node that is itself a gateway*. Non-gateway nodes are able to see, from olsrd's HNA table, which nodes are gateways, but gateway nodes only show themselves as offering default routes (and the kernel's routing table and olsrd-smartgateway's table don't offer anything else). Unless we can figure out a way to reliably get other gateway information from a gateway node, I think maybe we should not include this information on the status page as it would be contradictory depending on whether you were on a gateway node or not.

Also, is hop-count really a good thing to include on the status page? With links coming and going (especially flaky links), this metric could change frequently, and might not be of good utility.
