[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Updated mesh over Ethernet instructions for Advanced Hardware Setups (#347)

Per issue #339 - updated Advanced Hardware setups to include the new instructions for meshing over Ethernet with various configurations. Changed from HTML to Markdown. Updated print version PDF to correspond.
