[Commotion-discuss] Use of 4G kill switch at a US protest site

The only mention I've seen of 4G service going down Tuesday evening in
Ferguson is that activistpost page.  No mention of mobile service
conspicuously dropping out Tuesday evening on the Reddit page
<http://www.reddit.com/live/tdrph3y49ftn> that local folks are using for
live updates.  So, a really big caveat lector on this thread.  There are
indeed quite a few phony stories floating around about Ferguson from folks
seeking attention.
