[Commotion-discuss] Setting up Mesh Network no Internet Source

Hi all at Commotion Discuss,

I currently  working for an NGO in Cambodia and we are hoping to set up a
mesh network connecting local villages to the health center. However, there
is not internet or phone service providers. We were interested in setting
up a mesh network, is it possible without any source if internet? We
essentially just want to set up a messaging system?
