[CMI-CM] World Car-Free Day

Adbusters is publicizing a campaign for World Car-Free Day this coming 
Sept. on the 21st.  This is a Thursday but I thought it might be a good day 
to have a critical mass, either as a replacement for the usual last Friday 
or as a supplement.

What do y'all think of the idea?  Please opine.

ALSO, according to my calendar, this coming Friday is the last Friday of 
the month.  (Next Friday is Sept. 1).  Is everyone ready for a ride?
