[CMI-CM] December ride

Well, I imagine it will be immensely sparsely attended, but I'll be at the
December Critical Mass ride (December 29, 5pm) regardless of what comes my
way.  I hope all the hardcore winter bikers out there will be joining me.  
I'm heading out of town tomorrow, but I'll be back on the 26th for promotion,
which minimally will involve PSAs on WEFT, but I also hope to flyer parts of
downtown Champaign, downtown Urbana, and the campus, for what it's worth. 

I hope plenty will be there with me!
