[CMI-CM] loaner bike available

I have an extra bike that I can lend to anyone who wants to ride in
Friday's critical mass but maybe your bike is broken or otherwise
unavailable.

I can't loan the bike out for multiple days but anyone who wants to
ride it Friday should give me a buzz before 3pm at 328-2716.
