Kinko's will copy onto sticker paper.

As for the things to put on bikes, I know that kinkos can drill holes
in a stack of paper and they can make cuts in a stack of paper. I
don't know if they can drill a big 1 inch diameter hold at the top and
then make a cut from the edge of that hole to the edge of the
paper. If they could it would be an awesome way to make those flyers.
