[CMI-CM] flyering

Howdy,

I flyered the Quad tonight (except for Davenport Hall, which was
locked), but other areas of campus and downtown Champaign and Urbana
could use some flyering, too.  I'm also ready for tagging bikes --
I'll hit the Beckman Quad racks on Wednesday afternoon and the Union
(& nearby) racks on Thursday afternoon.

I encourage everyone to publicize and grow Critical Mass in any way
they can!
