[CMI-CM] Bloomington-Normal Critical Mass date time and place

I can't do it, but here is a link to IDOT bicycle maps.  I think you're
looking at a four to five hour ride each way.  I've taken 150 between
Mahomet and Downs without much difficulty.  It gets harrier closer to the
cities.
