[C-U Smokefree] i see in Chicago tribune where they are passing legislation allowing buyout of tobacco farmers

I see in Today's Tribune that they are legislating further restrictions in
tobacco products and to buy out farmers  growing tobacco, that they may grow
other crops and eliminate price supports for tobacco.

This is a good step towards getting smoking down if not eliminated
altogether.   We need to elimiate smoking in public once and for all.
