[C-U Smokefree] CC fair grounds

I called the fairgrounds and they said they do not have any space outside, and would call if that changes.  She said she may have some space in the hallway inside (whatever that means).  But, she said she didn't really have anything available for just one day/night either.  I told her to call me when she knew if there was any space in the hallway, and we can go from there.
