[C-U Smokefree] Water bottles

It looks like ICAT is requiring our organization to come up with $170 to
pay for the overage amount for the water bottles (above the originally
allocated $690). Any ideas? Bake sale perhaps?

And, yes, I've already expressed my extreme displeasure at ICAT (through
Kathy Drea) for this.

We'll bring it up again tonight and I suppose we'll pass the hat.
