[C-U Smokefree] Scully's Fish and Chicaken plans to have smoking allowed after 3 p.m.

I delivered a phone book to the soon-to-open Scully's at 805 South Philo
Road, and they say they plan to have smoking after 3 p.m.  Sweet Betsy's was
smoke-free before. This a small place, and I am sure cigarette, especially,
smoke will be objectionable. I surely hope Urbana will pass a smoke-free
ordinance soon.
