[CUWiN-Dev] disklabel error building flash image

I'm getting this error message:
/usr/local/cuwin/build/D/sbin/disklabel: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

Is it treating disklabel like a script?  I couldn't execute it from the 
command line either:

-bash-2.05b$ ls -lt /usr/local/cuwin/build/D/sbin/disklabel
-r-xr-xr-x  1 bcomisky  users  31236 Mar 16 21:02 /usr/local/cuwin/build/D/sbin/disklabel*

-bash-2.05b$ /usr/local/cuwin/build/D/sbin/disklabel
-bash: /usr/local/cuwin/build/D/sbin/disklabel: cannot execute binary file

I just rebuilt everything and am getting the same results.  Any ideas?
