Erek,
You would have to build a two-card system -- one card would create the
"cloud" for local wireless access; the second would be connected to an
antenna that could beam to a more central node. We've tested the pringles
can antennae and they can go almost a mile, but for your distance, you
might need to buy a better antenna (or build a better one, whichever).
