[Cu-wireless] wireless software guide -- please send suggestions!

hi all,

many folks involved with the wireless project know of great freeware for
analyzing wireless networks, system admining, communicating, etc.  if you
have the url for good stuff please send a brief (2 sentence) synopsis and
the webpage to the list so that we can compile these resources for our use
(and hopefully our webpage).  also, please state which OS the software
works with if known.
