[Cu-wireless] another UIUC contact

I contacted some of the wireless engineers at CERL and got another 
reference to someone who knows a lot about wireless networking at UIUC.  
Her name is Debbie Fligor.

and may join our mailing list.

I will look into the possibility of using conference rooms at CERL for us 
to use.
