[Cu-wireless] Node hardware recommendations

Dave pretty much summed up everything -- I have all the equipment you
would need to buy and we can sell you any parts you need from our
stockpiles.  I'm leaving town for two weeks starting next week, so if you
want to get things set up quickly, we could do this very soon.
