[Cu-wireless] Cisco OFDM slideshow

At <http://www.ewh.ieee.org/r6/scv/comsoc/0101.PDF>, there is a
slideshow on a wireless system that Cisco developed.  It used OFDM and
antenna diversity to make links miles long without a line of sight.
Cisco cancelled the product, but I have read that it was successful.
