[Cu-wireless] reliable network logging?

Please recommend your favorite tool for reliably sending system logs
over a network.

I want to reliably log each wireless node's events and statistics at
a central location.  Syslog will log over the network, but it is not
reliable. It will be necessary to verify receipt of log messages and
also to buffer log messages while the network is down.
