Hello,
My name is Matt Perticone and I am an undergraduate at James 
Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.  My partner and I are 
doing a study on bringing wireless to economically 
undeveloped towns.  I was wondering if you all could provide 
any information or suggestions to such a town interested in 
implementing a wireless network.  What main issues should 
they be focusing on to jump start an initiative?  examples: 
community involvement, partnership with local organization.  
Any information you could provide would be very helpful.
