A non-profit group is funding a Wi-Fi network in L.A.'s Little Tokyo 
District: The network will be built by eWAN and the city of L.A. is 
offering access to light poles and rooftops for the network. Users will 
pay comparable rates to DSL or cable service. This is an interesting 
partnership between a community group, the city, and a vendor to offer 
Internet access in an area that may be underserved....
