Clamor Magazine and Rooftop Films return to Urbana to bring you an
evening of resistance, sponsored by the U-C IMC's Video Working Group.
Sunday, October 5 at 8 PM, see Project: Stop the Mayhem, an evening of
films and readings from people -- your friends and neighbors -- who are
resisting war and mayhem and creating peace and beauty.
Come see the world as it ought to be, as told by the people who are
making it happen. The contributors to Clamor Magazine and Rooftop Films
are people just like you, and their filmmaking and writing will connect
with what you have always known.
Clamor and Rooftop kicked off their Spring Power of Living: Become the
Media tour at the Urbana-Champaign IMC and brought an engaged audience
interesting short films on such diverse topics as skateboarding and
racial bias in the death penalty in Texas.
There will be a sliding scale suggested donation, but nobody will be
turned away.
