[Imc-fiscalissue] draft webpage changes

You might want to consider making the graphics look like something
other than a corporate org chart with height implying heirarchy.

Make them look like webs or use a venn diagram or cloud motif to show
the relationships or put the stuff that is currently at the "top" in
the "center" instead.

Also don't say "American tax law" but "US tax law" instead since the
folks who live in the REST of the Americas will take offense at the
former.

Also, I'm really unclear to what extent this is THE legal
structure. Is the fact that UC-IMC is the fiscal sponsor under US tax
law actually legally relevent in other countries? We can sue the FBI
or other US entities on behalf of the global network if we need to but
I don't know if we have any significant role to play on the
international scene...but I really just Don't Know.

Maybe say "In a strictly legal sense, within the US, UC-IMC serves as
the fiscal/legal headquarters of the Global IMC movement."
