[Imc-fiscalissue] Fiscal statement position

I'll be busy at WEFT this evening. Can't make the meeting. I would encourage
folks to ensure we err on the side of MODESTY. Aggrandizing UCIMC in
relation to other IMCs, in particular, is damaging and completely
unnecessary.

I will probably not be able to be there either, but my position is
