The August Synchronous Hackathon [1] will take place this weekend the
20th and 21th of August.  Following on from Mitch Altman's excellent
Hackerspace Passports [2] which some of us picked up at Camp, the
challenge for the weekend is to come with a suitable stamp so that your
space is ready to received all your visiting diplomatic visitors.

The Hackathon also coincides with Irish Hackerspaces Week [3] and an
event we are run which hackerspaces worldwide can take place is the
Hacker Quiz.  This is just a fun one hour event on Saturday starting at
7pm [4].  We'll use the hackerspaces sip call-in channel and an IRC
channel #ihw on freenode to coordinate the event.  Why not take part?
