[Imc-makerspace] Red doors on the weekend

Hi all,

Was at the IMC this Sunday doing some house arranging, and found that the
Red doors were unlock. This more than likely was the church group that comes
on Sundays. Seeing that we are technically closed on the weekend, the red
doors need to be lock.

 Seeing that we are having a security issue during the week, well it is the
same for the weekend, and worse. The only people that were here after the
church group left at about 1:30 was Carl *downstairs*, Kevin Johnson *in* *his
office*, some C4A people *up stairs*, and Betsem *downstairs*. Pretending
that I was not here at 2pm, we can assume the main space is not at all
supervised. and with the red doors being unlock, well that can possibly be a
problem. There were a group of young kids that showed up around 3ish trying
to come into the main space. If I was not there they would have been all in
are Kool - Aid ( Oh, Yeah), and no one would have seen them because of the *
bold* words above. So PLEASE, working group, C4A, members, Americorps,
tenant (Shows please inform weekend tenants and space users) lock the Red
doors if the space is not in use, in eye sight, I am leaving out for 5mins,
if your in the space and your whole group is there and accounted for then
they need be lock until you leave and make sure they are locked when you
leave.

On a second note, I have moved the bundle of chairs that clutter the public
computer area. If you need to meet then please use the chairs by the back
loading dock. Please put them back when done.
