Thanks to everyone for attending today, and welcome to Dena for her

-- End of Summer Make-a-tion surveys: any feedback?
$) only 2 replies: pewter was pretty successful, potential for
more throughout the year
-- New keyholding member nomination: Elizabeth Wickes
$) Nomination approved by group; welcome Elizabeth!
-- Cross-posting to IMC Facebook page: any update on admin permissions?
$) Jeff has permissions; Rachel still needs to provide access to
others from MU
-- MU mailbox at the IMC (Barry): done?
$) MU has a mailbox there; when sending things to MU, just do "IMC
attn: Makerspace Urbana" in the To: box
-- IMC/MU tax forms now available; contact Emily Knox to get one for
your MU dues
-- Contact for IMC Calendar
$) *Gergana to check with Danielle* if an individual is need or if
we can create a shared account
-- Noisebridge Anti-harassment policy: should we be proactive and
implement one here?
$) Group is generally ok with implementing this
$) A group (Jeff, Erich, etc.) will create a proposal and we will
vote on it at the next meeting

$) We have the option to move our listservs to @
makerspaceurbana.org; Good idea but we might lose our history.

$) No updated status for Sept; August income was $1199 (including
our Maker Faire grants)

#) Square is ready; two swipe things available in the space

#) Stripe is really close to getting setup; awaiting on a

-- Monthly "Welcome to 3D printing" workshop (Colten)
$) On track! Will get started doing this bi-weekly (Tuesdays &
Saturdays, 2-5pm) starting mid-October
-- 3D Scanning workshop
$) James purchased a calibrated background, need a Kinect for
scanning
-- Potential fall/winter workshops: *Monica will get the ball rolling*
-- Urbana Free Library workshops (once a month on Mondays, around
3:30-4pm)
$) Dependent on whether we get the grant; will find out in November
-- Potential Orpheum workshops
$) Nothing concrete yet but *Gergana to ping Sonya on any updates*
