To whom it may concern,

I am the manager/curator of Rockford's Regional Center for Planning and
Design. I've been tasked with exploring the possibility of holding a
Mini-Maker Faire at the Design Center, and I am hoping to find someone who
can give me information regarding what it take, how much it might cost, how
much space we would need, etc., before I even get my feet wet. I was given
your contact email and asked to see if I could talk with someone to find
out if it is even feasible to plan a faire as part of our operating budget
for the coming year.
