The agenda for tomorrow night's meeting is attached and copied below. Other documents relevant to Tuesday evening's Board meeting are also attached, including priorities for 2013, committee reports from December, and documents approved at last November's General Membership Meeting. The minutes from the December Board meeting will be approved or revised tomorrow evening before being distributed.
