[Imc-members] IMC Board Meeting - Tues May 19th - 6-8pm

The IMC Board will meet this Tuesday May 19th from 6-8pm on the 1st floor
of the IMC. Board meetings are open and members are encouraged to attend.

Highlights of this IMC Board meeting include:

   - Approving the Job Description and Hire for a *new full time position*
   (Program Director)
   - Reviewing the* IMC Facilities Plan* for improvements to the IMC in the
   next 3 years
   - Giving input to Maya Bauer, local artist developing a *mural concept*
   for the south side of the building.
   - Planning for our *15th year Anniversary celebration* this Oct. 8-11

          a. Mural Input - Maya Bauer will lead the board in a process of
providing input on a mural concept for the south side near the ramp

           c. Fundraising/Membership
                   - Update on Anniversary Planning
                   - Update on website

           e. Facilities - PROPOSAL for facilities plan
