On the publish section, I wanna put a link or two in the free speech letter I 
submit. Does this mean I post it as html or text file? Or just paste it into 
field given with href tags?

Also, what do I need for it to be html? Does it have to have a head/body? or 
just paragraph <p> tags?

And the summary box, where does that show up in relation to the posted
article? Is the summary the only thing that goes on the front page?
