[Imc-newsroom] Coverage of Equity Process by CARE-3

Hello,

I have left a telephone message on this same subject but wanted to cover as 
many bases as possible.

Imani Bazzell spoke to someone at your organization about working with 
CARE-3 in its community information campaign.  She reported to the group 
that there was a willingness "in theory" on your part to assist with our aims.

We will have a table set up in Douglas Park on Saturday, Aug. 11 from about 
10:00 a.m. until the end of the day's activities.  We will be passing out 
pluggers that will inform the African-american parent's of children in Unit 
4 schools about the problems in the district, about up-coming 
forum/hearings to be held as well as doing a petition drive on these same 
issues.

I, as an artist, would like to use IMC's expertise in putting together 
video footage of the entire process, from Saturday's events, to the 
individual community forums/hearings to eventual attendance at School Board 
Meetings where heated topics will be debated by informed citizenry.  As you 
can see, the scope of this project ranges over a period of time.  As I'm 
not sure how your agency works exactly, I would love the opportunity to 
speak with someone by phone to see how we can coordinate efforts.
