A very good article would whom enforces the laws when the University breaks
federal laws and state laws? The University was established by the State
government to be Civil Service and now Civil Service is being replaced by
Academic Professionals. Try checking the Federal Court House and see how
many cases there is filed against the University. The University hires big
law firms to defend their actions and can out spend the Plaintiffs. This is
state money wasted on their illegal actions.

There are many employees being forced to quit so they can hire their
friends. These employees don't have to take test in the field they are
hired and get more money doing the work of the Civil Service employees.
They are compensated with more benefits and they receive their up front
versus the method for Civil Service employees. This needs to be addressed.
If our State Government didn't want the University to be run by Civil
Service, then why did they set it up this way. This was to stop hiring your
friends and relations. Why isn't the State Laws being enforced?

As taxpayers it should be important when a state entity is wasting money?
The Attorney General won't answer questions on the subject because they
represent the University of Illinois but they still go outside their legal
team and hire outside attorneys. This leaves plaintiffs unable to obtain
legal counseling.

If your organization is willing to tackle this problem, then I have a list
of people that would be willing to assist you on your actions. The
University needs to realize that laws were made to be obeyed and not to
spend the taxpayers' money on their illegal actions.
