print group--seems they have enough--
pauline--to submit a story you can use the imac in the production room:
there will be an envelope--
omar--after doing the layout, there may still be call for more
submissions, but the first issue is probably taken care of. 

life in the bike lane--meeting tues July 17 at 7:30. jay morris will
co-organize 3 roles: interviewing, audio, and getting new stories/people.
Pauline is going to request a 6-week break from WEFT and then restarting
first or second week of september. any interested is welcome. Nancy has an
interview with Duane, and will edit it. Omar has a recording with
problematic quality--Paul k offers to help with it. Paul proposes that new
LITBL shows  come on the wednesday (to avoid scheduling crashes with
newshour).

news hour--Steve has offered some headlines, others are welcome. Nancy is
producer; she wants to prerecord headlines. Have them by this afternoon.
Mark will airshift; Paul k will help with recording; asks for readers of
headliens. Omar will make some also.

Upcoming news hours: next Pauline, Celeste, Brent, Maria. They have met
and have divided up tasks. Steve asked Hugh Philips about lawsuit against
a couple of work places in Arcola.

Website--multimedia stuff--labor hour summary with clips. Somebody has
been uploading news hours to it. It seems we need a password in order to
upload from Sergei. What about posting headlines to the website? 

UPCOMING COVERAGE
Genoa--Steve provides an update; Ben is listed as producing a newshour
featuring it on July 30? Remind Mark to get the phone number of an Italian
friend who lives there. 
Naperville Reclaim the Streets--July 20; send someone? (see imc email
announcement from zach)
STeve recorded an interview someone at a press conference of Coalition for
Traditional Values. Wants to get in touch with Chief Floyd Leonard of the
Miami tribe.
