*  A RADICAL ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP claimed responsibility on
    Friday for a fire last month at the University of
    Washington's Center for Urban Horticulture. It caused more
    than $2-million of damage, destroying more than 20 years'
    worth of work and records by the estimates of some professors
    and researchers there.
