[Imc-newsroom] Music on Newshour

[Michael Feltes]

Can we use music on the newshour?  I want to cut a snippet of "The
Internationale" by Utah Phillps and Ani Difranco into the end of an interview, but is
that kosher with the whole ASCAP/BMI thing?
