I've forgotten who specifically is working on the War/Oil series for the
radio news half hour, but the latest national Green magazine, called
Synthesis/Regeneration 27 (Winter 2002) has as its theme "War for Oil",
with about 20 pages devoted specifically to the topic.  A couple of the
articles are particularly good.  If anyone is interested, I could loan the
magazine to that "anyone", or copy the relevant pages.
