[Imc-newsroom] Gasoline prices

There is a Marathon gas station at the corner of Philo and Florida in Urbana that has raised its prices 11 cents since yesterday afternoon (probably not the only one).  Why do the people and public officials in this community put up with this illegal practice?   There are many states in the Union who would shut these crooks down.  There are no international factors to warrant this increase and it takes 90 days (everything else being equal) for a barrel of crude oil to reach the market as gasoline.  What can you do (or why don't you) as a voice of the community to stop these people?  It's bad enough that this community closes their eyes to all of the crooked slumlords in the area.
