Hey everyone.

This is not good. Please act on this legislation by clicking on the link.
They provide you wtih a letter you can adjust to reflect your opinion, but
it only takes a second and is critical. The fact that most people have a 40
hour work week is due in large part to the labor movement. This
administration is looking to kill the 40-hour work week in favor of
"compensation time". Ultimately, time and a half makes it unnattractive to
work an employer to work their employees past the 40-hour mark. Removing
that protection makes it much more attractive for employers to overwork
their employees when all they have to give is comp. time within 13 months.
That's why this is important. Please do this.

There are just 7 days left to act!

Overtime pay cuts being pushed by the Bush administration
are slated to go into effect for millions of workers as
soon as September of this year. These changes would erode
the 40-hour workweek and mean that if you receive overtime
pay now, you might not in the future.
