[Imc-radio] CDR on Rosa

For anyone who doesn't think modern computers need cases and cooling
fans...my roomate just got a brand new computer that we just
assembled. After spending a few hours today trying to figure out why
this brand new machine kept crashing we realized that it had only 1
case fan and the case was off (because we were still building). Once
we put on the case and installed the other fan it became totally
stable.

Cooling is important! I'm personally positive that 90% of the problems
we have with production room machines has to do with the cases being
off and/or not enough fans installed.

I know Clint already knows this and agrees. I'm just sharing for the
sake of sharing.
