Hello reporters!

FSRN is accepting pitches for a 22-28 min documentary to run on Memorial
Day, May 26, 2003. As this is a late venture, we have very little time to
make this decision. Please send well formulated documentary pitches to
fsrn-features at wbai.org by Monday May 5, 2003. An editorial committee will
meet to decide the documentary to be accepted and the reporter will be
notified by Thursday May 8, 2003 - so please consider this when you pitch
as you will have about 2 weeks to put the whole piece together. Please
include good detail of the feature, remembering that lots of sound and
unique stories are what we are looking for. From the last round of pitches
we received, we want to emphasize that in a documentary we are looking for
good quality sound recordings, with little or no sound recorded from the
telephone.
